Shop Floor Manager- Riyadh
To effectively monitor and manage shop floor operations ensuring all operational controls and checks to achieve the customer service deliverables are at optimum standards.
- Attend departmental meetings and come up with suggestions for improvement
- Adhere to confidentiality – NDA (Non disclosure agreement).
- Follow and adhere to QMS (Quality Management Systems) and to address Environmental & Health Guidelines
- Carry out the responsibilities of Area / Regional Service Manager – Axiom care KSA in his/her absence.
- Graduate preferably in Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer relations/Customer service, including 2 years’ experience supervising staff.
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good Communication skills and fluency in English-oral & written.
