Sales Supervisor – Van Sales

The Role:

Manage the team & ensure budgeted numbers are exceeded for Sales Value, GP & market coverage (productivity) through effective coaching and control.

The Profile:

  • Ensure sales representative follow route plan so as to maximize sales & productivity.
  • Ensure all targets and objectives assigned by the Line Manager are achieved.
  • Manage the sales force & monitor their performance.
  • Ensure sales team continuously communicates all stock issues, pricing fluctuations, & competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular market visits with all sales personnel to assist them in managing customer issues.
  • Ensure all Credit outstanding is collected in due time.
  • Recommend and control credit limits and adherence to terms.

The Essentials:

  • Degree holder in any field.
  • Experience in mobile industry preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Analytical skills & problem analysis.
  • Subordinate development.
