Retail Operations Coordinator

The Role:

To assist and support the Group director, Area Managers and Store Managers in achieving operational and administrative support.

The Profile:

  • Provide day-to-day support to sales department.
  • Process orders and inquiries generated by internal department managers.
  • Prioritize and organize daily workload (i.e. projects, order entry, customer contacts, and internal follow-up).
  • Provide administrative support to the Area managers & store operations accordingly.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and work with the sales team to meet departmental objectives.
  • Provide back up support as needed for all team segments.

The Essentials:

  • Graduate
  • Effective English Communication skills. (Verbal & Written)
  • Computer Proficiency (MS Office) i.e. Word/Excel/Power Point.
  • Strong vocabulary,spelling and grammar for professionally written correspondence.
  • Able to coordinate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to interact with senior managers.
