Retail Operations Coordinator
To assist and support the Group director, Area Managers and Store Managers in achieving operational and administrative support.
- Provide day-to-day support to sales department.
- Process orders and inquiries generated by internal department managers.
- Prioritize and organize daily workload (i.e. projects, order entry, customer contacts, and internal follow-up).
- Provide administrative support to the Area managers & store operations accordingly.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and work with the sales team to meet departmental objectives.
- Provide back up support as needed for all team segments.
- Effective English Communication skills. (Verbal & Written)
- Computer Proficiency (MS Office) i.e. Word/Excel/Power Point.
- Strong vocabulary,spelling and grammar for professionally written correspondence.
- Able to coordinate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to interact with senior managers.
