Logistics Admin Controller

The Role: 

Ensure the administrative functions supporting the van operations carried out effectively, minimizing risk to the company.

The Profile:

• Daily stock variance between ERP and Fusion.
• Stock mismatch and cycle count adjustments.
• Monthly Report – Volume Summary, SLA tracker, etc.
• Ensure periodic cycle counts carried out by Finance enforcing good discipline in stock management and accurate data.
• Ensure closing pending transactions (Inbound and Outbound) on daily basis.
• Daily Stock Variance between Hyke and Fusion.

The Essentials:

• Qualification – Bachelor Degree
• Experience – warehouse operations and system
• Skills – Microsoft Excel, Data analytics, Strong Mental Aptitude and Good Communication.
