IT Support Executive
Provide software technical support for Axiom system users and application users for smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues
- Train users to access POS and other applications
- Administer and resolve applications issues
- Record and manage best practice resolutions for company’s self-service knowledge base
- Inform client functionality requests or software change requests to development team.
- Manage SLA’s as defined by the department
- Strong working knowledge in Customer Service and Logistics experience.
- Graduate Degree in computers
- Overall 2-3 years of IT experience in providing software support to end users
- Good knowledge of SQL queries
- Application design life cycle knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Java, .net and API’s would be an added advantage
