Growth Executive

 

The Role:

Achieve the Platform KPIs for the assigned area that includes the monthly GMV target, Retailer engagement metrics by driving efficiency in the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives.

The objective is to achieve this by superior engagement with the retailers, implementing the Hyke programs, improving the product catalogue relevant to the zone, growing the retailer base and providing recommendations to increase the productivity and revenue.

The function of the role also entails training and developments of the retail staff assigned in the respective zones and ensure all the stakeholders with retailers are aware of the key features and refreshers are done when new features are introduced.

The person should be a self-driven individual, with proven track record on achieving targets, having the ability to manage the key retailers specifically to achieve the targets. He should be able to address and resolve all the market issues arising in Platform horizon in a timely manner guide and motivate the conversion of trade buying into digital ordering as a behavioral change.

 

The Profile:

  • Revenue through Platform – GMV versus Target by Category – Apple, Android, Accessories, Gaming, Others
  • Dealer Acquisition, Instore Staff Enrolment – Number of dealers and instore staff acquired and maintained, Achievement v/s Set Targets
  • Hyke Dealer Engagement – Achieve the dealer engagement:
    • of dealers placing orders against set target by category
    • Instore staff engagement on Hyke features e.g. ordering, incentive view on communications, average time spend etc.
    • On-boarding of new suppliers/brands to the retailers
  • Dealer Support Management – Resolve the queries within the stipulated time arising on usage, ordering, support on new features, refreshers for new staff etc.

 

The Essentials:

  • Experience in Pre sales, account management and support team in mobile industry UAE, Minimum 3 Years
  • Good communication and persuasion skills with ability to establish excellent working relationship
  • Leadership trait that will enable the internal growth, good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
  • Good knowledge on UAE trade behavior.
  • Self-Motivated Individual
  • Experience in outdoor traditional trade sales experience.
